I've been arranging since the early '60's ~ and I now have singers "world-wide" that request music from me.  Last year, I had orders from RUSSIA ~ FINLAND, SWEDEN, SCOTLAND, ENGLAND, The NETHERLANDS, several Providence's in CANADA, NEW ZEALAND, AUSTRAILIA . . . AND ~ JAPAN!!!)  Yes ~ my hobby has really gone "INTERNATIONAL"!   I do this for the love of the music ~ and the wonderful people involved!  I have had very little "formal training" ~ no degrees in music, etc. . . and IF I do have any talent ~ it is GOD-given and nothing I lay claim to.  My only claim to fame are the wonderful groups that sing my music ~ and make it come alive!!!  (An arrangement on paper is not worth much ~ until someone sings it well! )  THAT's why I love arranging for these guys!!!!  That's what really "rings my chimes". . .especially ~ the style of music they sing so well!!!
